GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTUREThe flats are ready for occupancy from 16.00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10.00 on the day of departure.
PRICESThe prices are per night and apartment for occupancy by the specified number of people. It includes final cleaning, bed linen , towels, bath towels for the swimming pool, free WLAN, water, electricity, gas and heating, as well as all taxes and fees.
Children up to 1.99 years stay free of charge.
Please note that on January 1st, 2014 the local tax came into force, which is NOT included in the stated prices.
PAYMENTYou can pay the balance by bank transfer or cash. Cash payments can only be accepted up to a total amount of 1.999,00 €. Credit card and bankoma payments are not possible.
BOOKING AND REGISTRATIONPlease note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit in the amount of 300,00 € for confirmation and the sending of the booking confirmation. If the deposit is not paid within 14 days of the booking being made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. The deposit serves as security for the booking and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
CANCELLATION TERMS (ACCORDING TO ART. 1382 OF THE CIVIL CODE)You have no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:
Up to 30 days before the actual arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. The deposit will be retained.
- between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date - 70% of the booking price
- the last 14 days before the arrival date - 100% of the booking price.
In case of no-show or in case of early departure or late arrival, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCEWe recommend that you take out “Red Rooster Cancellation Cover” as soon as you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries. ONLINE DISPUT RESOLUTIONOnline dispute resolution in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which you can find at this link. Consumers have the possibility to use this platform to resolve their disputes about contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts.
DATA PROTECTIONThe processing of your personal data is always carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness, taking into account all applicable regulations and in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
