Homemade and from own cultivation
Whoever spends a vacation at Untermargarethenhof should try our farm’s own products. Freshly harvested, the fruits and berries are lovingly and carefully refined into natural fruit spread, compote and apple, grape and quince juice.
We process apples and persimmons into dried fruit and our herbs into aromatic salt and syrup.
Convince yourself of the taste of our farm products and spoil those at home with a souvenir from our product corner.
Scattered fruit
Around the farm we grow various fruits in the form of orchard, which you are welcome to taste. You are also welcome to buy a small supply for home, so that the vacation is not forgotten so quickly.
Raised and herb beds for self-service
From early summer to autumn you will find in our raised beds various vegetables and lettuce, as well as a variety of herbs to flavor your dishes. Help yourself to your heart’s content, you will enjoy it.

In our product corner you will also find a small selection of regional products.
South Tyrolean honey
Forest honey or flower cream honey with quality mark South Tyrol. As a sweet spread on breakfast bread, as a sweetening additive in tea or for the gourmets, as a cheese – honey combination.
