Apartment 1 "UANS" 126,00 inhabitable space 54m with balcony for 2 - 4 persons

Apartment 2 "ZWOA" 146,00 inhabitable space 68m with balcony and roof terrace for 2 - 4 persons

Prices include the occupation of 2 - 4 persons for a day and a minimum stay of 3 nights; included final cleaning, linen change once a week, towels change on request, bath towels for the swimming pool, internet access, WLan, water, electricity,the heating,gas and all fees and taxes exept the local tax.

The local tax amounts at the moment Euro 1,15 per person and day over 14 years and it is listed separately on the invoice.

Pets are not welcome and we thank you for your appreciation.

Our house is a zone free smoking building.

The card allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol as well as selected cableways and provides free admission to 80 provincial museums.

G E N E R A L C O N D I T I O N S

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
The apartments are available at 4 p.m. on weekdays and at 6 p.m. on sundays. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat by 10 a.m.

PAYMENT:
You can pay with cash for amounts under Euro 2999,00 or by bank transfer. Payment by credit card or debit card are not accepted.

BOOKING:
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation and the sending of booking confirmation. The following cancellation policies also apply:

CANCELLATION FEES:
Cancelations up to three months before your arrival date the booking fee will be paid back with the exclusion of a Euro 25,00 processing fee.
At three months up to four weeks the booking fee will not be paid back.
Four weeks before arrival the cancelation fee comes to the amount of 70% of your total amount.
On case of no show or in case of anticipated departure or late arrival, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
We recommend that you take out Red Rooster Holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
